These Terms govern your use of PocketPE.ai ("Service"), operated by Common Ground Engineering PLLC.

1. Permitted Use

The Service is provided for research and educational purposes only. You may not rely on outputs for construction, permitting, or any project requiring licensed professional engineering services.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Representing AI outputs as licensed professional work
• Redistributing code excerpts as official standards
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or excessive automated use

3. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "AS IS". Our total liability is capped at amounts you paid us (or $100 if none). You indemnify us against claims from your misuse.

4. Governing Law

Laws of the State of New York, USA.
