Common Ground Engineering PLLC operates PocketPE.ai. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address & name (when you create an account or purchase)
  • Payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers)
  • Prompts, AI responses, timestamps, IP address
  • Uploaded documents / RAG resources you add
  • Cookies (session, authentication, and analytics)

2. How We Use It

  • Deliver and improve the Service
  • Process payments
  • Enable retrieval-augmented generation from your files
  • Security and abuse prevention

3. Retention

Account data kept while active + 7 years (tax). Chat history & files kept until you delete them or close your account.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with Stripe, hosting providers, and if required by law.

5. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time.

6. Security & Changes

Industry-standard encryption and controls. Material changes notified by email or banner.
